"Dangerous Times" is the visceral sonic "News Log" of a high-stakes digital hunt. Serving as a central pillar of the feature screenplay AS A KODEN: TALKING STORY—WHO IS YOUR NAME?, this track documents the predatory surveillance of the Dominion Intelligence Security Services (DISS).
The song captures the "trigger-happy" psychology of the surveillance state—the aggressive, gun-culture energy of characters like Orbenbach and Gauge—contrasted with the methodical, rational balance of the female leads, Kelly Williams and Lorna. It is a raw confrontation with an "evil world," documenting the "contact factor" where state terror meets Indigenous resilience.
