 Okpik: Little Village in the Arctic follows Kylik Kisoun Taylor as he builds traditional Inuvialuit sod house on the Mackenzie River delta in the Northwest Territories. The film documents his efforts to achieve family self-sufficiency, revive Inuvialuit culture and language, and create a tourism business through the construction of this unique "little village"
