Mary Simon is President of the Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami, Canada’s national Inuit organization. She was Canada’s Ambassador for Circumpolar Affairs, and Ambassador to Denmark. As an Inuit leader she has been president of Makivik Corporation in Nunavik, and the Inuit Circumpolar Council (ICC).
