Philippines: NCIP Distributes Financial Assistance To 494 Ifugao Students   Vency D. Bulayungan, 2012   The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) distributed recently checks to 494 grantees at the Ifugao State University here.   NCIP – Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) Director Sancho Buquing handed over the said checks amounting to P3,500.00 for each students.
