Orissa: MoEF Gives Final Clearance For POSCO Project   The Minister for Environment and Forests upheld the state of Orissa's stand that the two palli sabha resolutions are invalid and that there are no tribals in the area of the POSCO project. The MoEF has given the forest clearances to divert the forest land for POSCO project - this is in gross violation of the laws of the land.
